Our Policy

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

HEALTH CONDITIONS

It is our policy to only treat clients who qualify for our services.  Please make sure you do not have these conditions or please get medically clear by your primary care physician before coming to the appointments and email the clearance form to your artist. 

Please review this list of disqualifications:


Has Allergies to pigments or anesthetic medication such as lidocaine, benzocaine.

On Anti-coagulants such as aspirin, xeralto, brilinta, placid, and any other blood thinning medications.
Skin diseases  (ex: eczema, rashes, skin cancer, psoriasis that needs to be treated)

Hepatitis or HIV (must fill out medical history forms)

Diabetes due to circulation insufficiency which may delay wound healing (must have clearance by doctor)

Hemophiliac
Medication containing high dose of Retin-A, ro-accutaine , and steroids (must be off for one year).

Radiotherapy or chemotherapy (must be two months post treatment)

Neural disorders such as seizures and epilepsy 
Anyone who is pregnant and/or Nursing (lactating)

 

You must inform us of any allergies, disease, or pregnant and lactating prior to your appointment otherwise you will loose your deposit.

TOUCH-UP APPOINTMENTS

Touch up appointment is $100. Touch up is recommended to complete any correction that may need to be done. 

DEPOSIT FEES & REMAINING BALANCE

All deposits are nonrefundable and must be received at the time of booking or the appointment will be released back to the public. Deposits are used to secure your time and date. Your deposit will go towards the remaining balance of service on the day of your appointment. The remainder of the balance is preferred to be paid by Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Paypal. A 3% convenience fee will be applied to the total balance if paid by debit/credit card. 

As a courtesy to us and our clients, please notify us 72 hours in advance if you need to reschedule to keep your deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

The week leading up to your appointment we send out confirmation notices, sometimes multiple times, to give everyone a chance to confirm. If we do not get a reply back 72 hours before the appointment, we will assume you've canceled and we will fill the appointment spot with those on the waitlist.

 

If you are unable to make your appointment, regardless of the reason, kindly give a 48 hour notice. Appointments canceled the same day will require a payment in full before booking another appointment with us. No shows will result in no further bookings.

There is a non-refundable deposit of $100 and no show will pay 50 % fee.  The deposit may be use to reschedule 3 days in advance. 

PRICING

Prices shown are valid at the time however, might have been subject to change so please contact us to confirm as you book your appointment.

DELAYS

Please try to be on time for your appointments as we want to spend the max amount of time on you without feeling rushed. 
If you are 15 minutes or more late, we will gladly re-schedule.

MOBILE PHONES

We request that all mobile phones must be switched off in the treatment areas as a consideration to other customers.
